Yes I do too. I used to live on Clearwater Beach, but I always drove down the road because it was an extremely busy beach…..always. Just finding a spot to lay your towel down with a beach chair was challenging. I don’t like crowds like that.

Oh yes I have, please come back often as I will be reviewing more of the best hidden gems 🙂 However, some others do come to mind : Kalanggaman Island Beach in the Phillipines, with its white sand and clear turquoise waters, is a top choice. Other notable options includeKaupoa Beach on Molokai Island in Hawaii, known for its limited facilities and natural setting, and Green Island Beach in Antigua and Barbuda, accessible only by boat.

Anse Cocos – Anse Cocos beach onLa Digue island is accessible primarily by foot, requiring a hike from either Grand Anse or Anse Fourmis. The most common route is from Grand Anse, involving a 30-45 minute walk through Petite Anse, passing through forest and alongside the coast. While not directly accessible by car, the hike is considered relatively straightforward and enjoyable.
Praia do Sancho – Praia do Sancho is known for its difficult access, involving a steep staircase and a narrow crevice in the rocks, making it not easily accessible for everyone, especially those with mobility limitations. While it’s a stunning beach, the journey down to it can be challenging. You can, however, access it by boat which would be a lot less challenging.
