I love that you can enjoy both lively beaches like Ribera and quieter coves like Anquines depending on your mood. The nightlife and dining scene also seem incredible, especially places like El Gin Tub and Queenz. With so many beaches to choose from, which one would you say captures that perfect Sitges balance of beauty, atmosphere, and convenience for first-time visitors?
That’s a wonderful question! For first-time visitors, I’d recommend La Fragata Beach — it truly embodies the spirit of Sitges. You’ll find golden sand, calm waters, and gorgeous views of the iconic Church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla, all just steps from cafés and restaurants along the promenade. It’s lively without being overwhelming, and perfect for relaxing, people-watching, or taking a dip in the sea. Once you’ve settled in, you can easily explore nearby Ribera Beach for a more social vibe or head to Anquines Beach when you want a little peace and quiet.
