Beluga Point’s rocky shoreline offers some of the best views along Turnagain Arm.
Beluga Point is a well-known coastal viewpoint along Turnagain Arm, just south of Anchorage. The rocky outcrops and open water create dramatic scenery, especially on clear days when the mountains stand out across the inlet. In late summer, visitors sometimes spot beluga whales chasing salmon through the channel.
