Hi, so excited to be planning our next trip!! I’m just looking into flights but would love your advice on hotels before I book. I’m a single parent so need somewhere family-friendly. Can you recommend anywhere? Also, my kids are really into snorkeling and I see that there is snorkeling here but how good is it do you know and is it safe for kids? Thanks! Emma

Yes, the snorkeling is safe for kids here.  And I would really recommend the Aruba Marriott Resort, simple because they are going to have a lot of things there for kids with great swimming pools and all.  It’s also right on the beach, so a great choice.

    Hi

Another excellent  review of a great sounding holiday destination, where you make it sound such an idealistic  place  to visit. The beaches may indeed be golden and the skies blue but what makes a holiday are the company you have and the breathtaking views you experience. The hotels seem to be of a good standard and therefore I will have no hesitation  in booking this holiday.

If you are planning a decent stay, how long do you think is enough to experience all the sights and experiences?

    Thanks

    Antonio

Hi Antonio.  Personally I think that a good two weeks is a good amount of time to relax, enjoy and see some sights.  You figure you are going to have 2 travel days – getting there and getting home.  That gives you a good 12 days to explore and enjoy 🙂

I’ve searching around for beautiful islands like Aruba in preparation for a vacation next year. The beaches you have shown are breathtaking. The fact that the island caters for young families makes this a front runner as a choice of vacation for us. There is something about small islands that makes them that bit more special. I simply love white beaches and turquoise seas, nothing is more perfect than that. From my research I have found out that flights do go to the island from Europe, particularly Holland, which isn’t far from where I am based.  Thanks for sharing this article.

A nice post about relaxing in Aruba.  I don’t know if there will be as much visitation there, due to the Corona Virus.  There were a lot of different fun opportunities provided, as well as plenty of places to get food and drink.    Sounds very relaxing and peaceful.    You have provided everything!  We all need to visit Aruba, and places like it.

I have always wanted to go to the Caribbean. I once visited the Colombian Caribbean and it was so beautiful, the water is so clear, it’s amazing. Aruba is definitely on my list. I did not know that it was out of the hurricane belt. So, it never gets any hurricanes or storms? Just rain?

Those Fofoti trees on Eagle Beach look spectacular, the first one looks like a lizard that’s ready to start walking. I have never seen those trees before.

I like the map you provided with hotel locations and prices. That gives a good idea and can help with vacation planning. Hopefully, one day I can travel to Aruba! Those beaches look like heaven!

Oh me oh my! I need a beach vacay! Amid all this corona madness I have been working way more than normal because I’ve been able to bounce back and forth more easily between my day job and secondary money making ventures… I’m burnt out and the “sugar-white” sand is calling my name!

Thanks for the detailed review and introduction to this gorgeous beach. Palm Beach Aruba is now on my list of next up vacations.
