Best Luxury Hotels in Morro Jable

Looking for the Best Luxury Hotels in Morro Jable?  The coastline of Morro that spans the coastline is virtually unending white sandy shores.  The bulk of visitors are from Germany, but you’ll find this fishing village has a more old-fashioned vibe.  Morro Jable’s old town has Mentos-colored buildings and narrow streets worth investigating.  At you go east, you’ll come across more luxurious, palm-tree-lined developments where non-Canarians call home.

It’s really the beaches though that draw visitors here, spanning several miles of the coast.  Along these shores you can lounge in the sun, walk the lengthy restaurant and bar lined promenade, or enjoy various water sports.  If you get tired of the beaches, you can always take a ferry to the neighboring Gran Canaria.  Continue reading our Morro Jable vacation guide for everything you need to start planning your Morro Jable vacation.  Jable Visit all the beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura here.

Interesting read, definitely somewhere I can see myself going for vacation. I see you touched on how beautiful the beach is, however can the beach be enjoyed by different age groups? Is nudity something you can expect to see regularly at the beach? Overall though would you recommend this place for young adults?

This beach is for everyone, couples and families. You will not see nudity here. There are beaches for just that, I did not include any in my review though 🙂 But yes, awesome place for young adults.

A great article which evoked fond memories of my first overseas holidays way back in 1966 to Tenerife in the Canary Islands! I still remember sunbathing on dark grey volcanic beach sand and sipping wine from a bottle of Marsala! Yes I would love to revisit the islands this time to Fuerteventura and Morro Jable looks to be an ideal place to stay. Thank you very much for bringing back memories of a beautiful holiday destination

Another beautiful place. I always tell everyone I meet how nice it is to travel. There is so much beauty everywhere so limiting ourselves to one place we miss out. I have never heard of this place but I will be adding it to my list. You covered this so so much detail. This post provides everything I would want when traveling.
I love beaches, love good food and places that welcome tourist with open arms. The picture you selected show how unique this place is I will be suggesting this to my wife. We travel at least once a year out of the country and have some amazing places to go. This may very well become one of them. I know it’s hard with so many variations and peoples preference but do you have a rough estimate of just price for hotel, flight and one week, or package deals. Would help understand cost and how to plan.

    Thanks for sharing.

Ok, I checked as if I were going from Dallas,TX. Which might be more expensive, if I am farther away than you. If you go to this link and put in your dates and city you are flying from, then you can get a good price estimate. For me, from Texas, for one week with hotel and airfare it was 2200.00. The price will vary depending on what city you are flying from. I know you and your wife would absolutely love it there. It is beautiful and the people are very friendly.

This place looks amazing and the weather year round is oh so perfect. Your site is making wish I lived somewhere a lot warmer. I love the beach, but find it hard to justify a trip because of the large crowds that beaches draw in. Do you have any recommendations in North America that are less populated, but don’t break the bank either?

I am going to stick with Florida, there are a lot of beaches that just don’t get that crowded. I have been to Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, and the Destin area all during summer months and they are not bad. Anytime but the end of May thru the beginning of June will be the busiest. What is nice about Florida is that it is very inexpensive to visit, especially if you stay on the Gulf of Mexico side. The East coast of Florida is considerably more expensive. Texas beaches are also pretty in expensive, but I stay away during summer months again, as they are busy.

Leahrea, I’ve never been to the Canary Islands, let alone to Morro Jable, but your detailed description of the facilities has made it a very appealing holiday destination for us. In an ideal world, it would be lovely to fly to Fuerteventura and then use the catamaran for the transfer to Morro Jable – that would be my favourite transport from the main island, as I imagine you would get a feel of the lovely sea and of the dramatic coastal and island views straightaway. In an ideal world, I said. Because unfortunately my husband does not fly, and it would be a long swim from the Portuguese coast all the way to the islands (!!!). Unless you tell me that there is a ferry line joining Portugal to Canary Islands? It would be interesting to know.
Thank you Leahrae, most interesting post!!

You know what, there is a ferry going to Gran Canaria from Portugal and then you can take a direct ferry from Gran Canaria to Fuerteventura. Stay a while in both places. You’ll love it!

My word – I’ve been there! We used to have a time share on Fuerteventura and have visited Morro Jable many times. I love the island and the area you have reviewed is amazing. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The last time we flew out of the airport there, my 3 year old daughter fell in the play area inside departures just as we were called for our flight – turned out she fractured her arm and we had something of an uncomfortable flight home with a very unhappy girl! Don’t think the other passengers were too impressed either! Have you been there too?

Oh I bet they weren’t LOL but poor little girl. Depending on where home is, it might have been a long flight. Took me 24 hours to get there, but to Tenerife which is just as beautiful! But you are right, the Canary Islands, and of course Fuerteventura is wonderful. Morro Jable has an beautifule beach!
