Huh I had no clue beaches like this existed so far north. Thank you for making my views wider. Do you have some personal experience with these hotels? Your listing is a little bit different than their rating 🙂 . Also speaking in behalf of all of us older people, could you make the font a little bit bigger next time? I had a hard time reading some of the paragraphs.

You mean so far East 😀  And yes, Delaware has some of the best coastline in the US.  You can change your font on your pc 🙂  My posts would be so long if the font was much bigger.  But I do appreciate you taking the time to leave me comments.

    Hi, Leahrae,

When we think of beaches, we usually think of the ones in Florida, but there are way more in other places that we often miss. This is one of them.

I love places with history and a small-town charm to them. I also love the fact that it’s a walkable city, as I like to explore on foot as much as possible and not worry about driving and parking.

I will definitely include this place in my list. Thanks for sharing!

I live in Florida, and we have great beaches.  I live on the top beach in the U.S. which is over rated in my opinion.  Delaware has some of the best beaches including Lewe’s beach.  Thanks for stopping by Enrique.

Hi there, I have a nephew who lives in Delaware and although he has often invited us to visit them, I have never been there. This post and seeing all the beautiful beaches, has convinced me that it is time to plan a trip to Delaware.

I love the idea of Lewes that is a walking town, with everything within a half square mile. I can see that we will have to plan long enough for us to spend at least one day at each of the beaches you mention. Thanks for sharing.

Based on your post I could find myself visiting Lewe’s Beach. Fishing is always a fun activity while near the ocean. I took a particular interest in the food around the area. The Surfing Crab looked particularly tasty and as I looked down their menu I found my mouth watering. The Rose & Crown bar also look like an amazing spot to visit. I love the video you implemented and think this was very informative!

Hi Leahrae, My heart skipped a beat when I saw Lewes beach Delaware. I am a Delaware who lives way out here on the Canadian Prairies. Seeing the water and the beaches reminded me of childhood days when we would play in the sand and jump in the waves. And the boardwalk. It would be fun to walk the boardwalk again. Now you have me convinced that I need to go back to Delaware for a good, long visit.
